The first step is to market your property so that it truly stands out. We will arrange professional standard photos, videos and floor plans to provide prospective tenants a great insight into your property. The care, attention and quality of our approach here leads to a higher quality of viewings.

We focus on finding the right tenant for you, not the first tenant we can. And once you accept an offer, we will then conduct referencing to ensure they are suitable for you and your property.

We will complete a detailed inventory to ensure the condition of the property is the same from the day the tenant moves in, to the day they leave. And during that time, we will arrange and fully manage any repairs and required safety checks on your behalf.

However, if you’d prefer to manage the property yourself, our advice and assistance in marketing your property, and finding the right tenant for you can still be invaluable. We are happy to offer this ‘Let-only’ service.
